Privacy Policy — SlapMac Go

1. Data We Do Not Collect

SlapMac Go does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, address)
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Accelerometer or motion data
• Crash reports
• Location data
• Browsing or app usage history

There are no analytics SDKs, no tracking pixels, and no ad networks embedded in SlapMac Go.

2. On-Device Processing

All accelerometer readings are processed entirely on your iPhone or iPad via CoreMotion. This data never leaves your device and is not stored beyond the moment it is used for slap detection.

3. Local Storage

SlapMac Go stores your preferences (sensitivity, cooldown, selected voice pack, volume, slap counter, etc.) locally in iOS UserDefaults. This data stays on your device and is never uploaded or synced anywhere.

4. Network Requests

SlapMac Go makes network requests only through RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and verify entitlements. All audio assets are bundled locally within the app. There are no analytics calls, no update checks, and no other server communication of any kind.

5. Hardware Access

SlapMac Go accesses the following hardware on your device:

• Accelerometer — To detect slaps via CoreMotion at 100Hz sampling rate.
• Haptic engine — To provide haptic feedback on impact detection.
• Audio output — To play sound clips via AVFoundation. No microphone access.

SlapMac Go does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, calendar, Bluetooth, health data, or any accessibility features.

6. Third-Party Services

SlapMac Go integrates with one third-party service at runtime:

• RevenueCat — Used solely to manage in-app purchases and verify entitlements. RevenueCat may collect purchase transaction data, anonymous device identifiers, and app version information necessary for purchase management. No personal information (name, email, address) is shared. RevenueCat does not receive any accelerometer data, usage statistics, or app settings. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

SlapMac Go does not store any personal data on its own servers. Purchase data managed by RevenueCat is retained according to RevenueCat's data retention policy. If you wish to request deletion of any data held by RevenueCat, contact us at supportgo@slapmac.com and we will process your request. Local preferences stored on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

8. Children's Privacy

SlapMac Go does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the app collects no personal data at all, this is not applicable.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SlapMac Go after changes constitutes acceptance.
