SlapMac Go doesn't detect my slaps
Make sure you're running the app on a physical device — the accelerometer is not available in the iOS Simulator. Try adjusting the sensitivity in Settings. Place your device on a flat surface and give it a firm slap.
No sound is playing
Check that your device is not in silent mode (flip the mute switch on the side of your iPhone). Also make sure the in-app volume is turned up in Settings.
The app keeps detecting false slaps
Lower the sensitivity in Settings. If you're holding your device while walking or moving, the accelerometer may pick up ambient motion. For best results, place your device on a stable surface.
Screen flash isn't working
Screen flash is only available with the Combo Hit voice pack. Make sure you have Combo Hit selected and the flash feature enabled in Settings.
